May Day . . . May Day

Forget those pansy puzzles - challenge yourself with Pure Math

Since it’s the first post, I’ll take pity on you. Remember the 8th Grade? Then you should be able to find the distance between the points (3,2,0) and (4,-5,1)?

Using some mathematical-license, this actually relates to real life:
Your case of beer is warm.
You want cold beer.
Your beer is sitting on the floor, 3’ ahead of you, 2’ to the right.
Your fridge is 4’ ahead of you and 5’ to the left with an empty shelf 1’ from the bottom.
How far does the butler need to move the case to get it into the fridge?

a) 3’
b) 5’
c) 7’
d) 9’
